Why do villages and towns in Jiangsu and Zhejiang walk alone in the world?

The upsurge of small towns with national characteristics originated from Jiangsu and Zhejiang, and then the pastoral complex came out of Jiangsu and Zhejiang. Wuzhen, Huanghua Bay, Mogan Mountain, Oriental Pastoral, Funds Town, Tongli, Lujia Village, which have a reputation outside, are also famous. From model to national promotion, we are in the forefront of the country everywhere. Why do we paint tigers and dogs when we come out of Jiangsu and Zhejiang, and revitalize the towns and villages in many places? This paper makes a detailed analysis from five aspects: people, market, industry, development path and system.
At the beginning of the reform and opening-up, the "Southern Jiangsu Model" and the "Zhejiang Model" have common points. They are "taking collective economy as the main body, taking rural industry as the leading factor, relying on central cities, market regulation as the main means, and county and township cadres as a kind of rural economic and social development model for actual decision makers". Government-led industry development, county, town (township), village, brigade level responsibility, administrative orders directly affect the layout and development of industry, guide the direction and process of urbanization, the formation of a large government, small town model.
The real change brought about by the town economy is the urbanization of the town. In Jiangsu and Zhejiang, we can see that the collective economy of the town is very developed. The town can solve most of the employment problems within the town, and the people of Jiangsu and Zhejiang are less likely to work outside the town. This is not like those places in Jiangxi, Hunan, Hubei and Henan, where a large number of migrant workers go out to work and people follow their careers. There is no strong feeling for the countryside. Recently, this wave of eastern manufacturing transfer has returned to these provinces.
At present, the economic development of towns in Jiangsu and Zhejiang has made new progress, that is, to fully integrate into the industrial chain of the Yangtze River Delta and find its own industrial position in the international division of labor. Large cities in the Yangtze River Delta have become financial centers, R&D centers, innovation centers and design centers, while small and medium-sized cities have become manufacturing centers. Town economy has become a complementary part of the industrial chain, such as enterprises producing children's wear. Design centers are in Shanghai, Hangzhou and Suzhou. Fabric production and mechanical support are in medium-sized cities. The buttons and ribbons are in the town area. The town economy has become a complete set of the industrial chain in the Yangtze River Delta. It can be transformed at any time, but it also develops.
The same is true for tourism and leisure. The market is transiting in big cities and small and medium-sized cities. Demand penetrates into towns and villages. The benign development guarantees that the town economy will continue to move forward and retain people if they have jobs.
Characteristic towns in Jiangsu and Zhejiang have a distinctive voice. They are closely related to the delicate people bred here for thousands of years, their pursuit of delicate life, and the delicate market formed by them. They are also closely related to the economic development of towns, the service-oriented government, and the promotion of capable people with long-term watching.
When other places do the revitalization of Characteristic Towns and villages and take Jiangsu and Zhejiang as the template, we should think carefully. What kind of people are you facing? What kind of market is the market? What kind of economy is the economy? What kind of government is the government? Only in this way can we start with a definite aim, instead of learning only the fur, but not the inside.
